Serving Size: 1

YOU WILL NEED: ½ cup unsalted melted butter ½ cup lotus biscoff cookie butter 1 ⅓ cup brown sugar 1 egg 1 tbsp vanilla 1 ½ cups AP flour 1 tsp cinnamon ⅓ tsp salt 5 lotus biscoff biscuits, crushed for topping . . METHOD: 1. Preheat oven to 350—line an 8x8 pan with parchment and spray. 2. In a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream butter, cookie butter, and sugars until well combined. Don’t over mix. 3. Add egg, vanilla, and cinnamon—combine. 4. Mix in flour and salt. 5. Pour batter into prepared pan, and spread evenly. Crush Biscoff biscuits and sprinkle them over the tops, pushing them into the batter gently. Bake for 35 minutes until the cookies are a dark brown and the middle is no longer sticky to the touch. Allow to cool for 20 minutes, then transfer to the fridge, if needed, to solidify. Most importantly, ENJOY! You deserve it ❤
